    AccurateRip newbie question

Can AccurateRip process a Music folder located on another device on via WiFi? If yes, how do I point AccurateRip to that Music folder? [AccurateRip is downloaded (and registered) on my Windows laptop.]

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Bob,

if your laptop can access that folder via SMB (Samba) and your drive has a drive letter, that should work.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm trying to access the Music folder on a Brennan B3, which is accessible via Bluetooth and via my Home WiFi network. AccurateRip does not "see" the device even if it is officially "connected" via Bluetooth.

      Thanks again.

A Bluetooth connection does not appear to the OS as a drive. So I doubt this will work.

The Brennan B3 can operate as a NAS, regarding to this thread. Maybe you can mount this NAS to Windwos and assign a drive letter.

I looked around for some basic instructions on using NAS mode and found none. So how does it work? I turned it ON, now what? Does it Mount like any shared drive? What protocol does it use? SAMBA? NFS? Can it be accessed with LINUX? Is there any software to use with NAS other than a File Explorer? Thanks
