Recognize Lastname, Firstname

Hi,

ID Tags often makes good suggestions for correcting ID tags (like merging "Bela Bartok" with "Béla Bartók"), but not always. For example, it doesn't suggest to merge "McCartney, Paul" with "Paul McCartney". Wouldn't that be a simple addition?
