Error installing unregistered version of PerfectTunes

I'm trying to install the unregistered version of PerfectTUNES. OS is Windows 7 64 bit. I currently have registered version of dbPowerAmp installed.

I get the following error message:



I get the same message when I do a "Run as administrator" install.

Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

The installer contains 2 installers, one for 32 bit, one for 64 bit, the main installer extracts the one it needs and runs. The only way for this message to show is if there is security software stopping the program running.
