Re-Rip question

Hi. I ripped a CD (Queen's Greatest Hits) and ran a PerfectTUNES check and it came back with tracks 5 and 6 InAccurate. (The CD is very scratched.)

My question is:

1) Can I simply re-rip JUST THOSE tracks (5 and 6) and then replace the two InAccurately ripped tracks with the two newly ripped tracks (and then do another PerfectTUNES check)? Or:

2) Do I need to re-rip the ENTIRE CD (until I get all tracks as Accurate with PerfectTUNES?

P.S. It's the same physical disc in the same computer.
