Double checking (Multiple Images per file question)

From what I have read on the forum it seems that PerfectTunes will not do what I want. But It thought I should ask just in case I missed it.

I am looking for 2 things.

1. I want to be able to embed additional artwork into my music files (Mostly FLAC). I like to include both the front and back cover at least and I also would like the option to add at least one additional file such as Artist etc...

2. I want to be able to add artwork from my existing .jpg files on my hard drive where I will often have the exact scanned artwork saved rather than downloading an internet image which may or may not be the exact correct one.

Any responses appreciated. If indeed PerfectTunes or DBPoweramp will not do what I am looking for and you know something that will that would also be much appreciated.

PerfectTUNES cannot do this, however dBpoweramp can, select the tracks for a single album >> right click >> Edit id tags

there you can add additional art.
