Unexpected error please try again later

I ran Perfect Tunes against my music library. Every album with missing art came back (hours later) with the message "Unexpected error please try again later". Am I making some mistake? Should I prep the files some way in advance?

Does it say [code : xxxx] on the end, where xxxx is a number?

You must have something on your system (security software) which is changing the network data, error code '0' is never written by the server. Try disabling anti-virus, firewall, anti-mallware, anti-phishing as a test.
