PerfectTUNES with seemingly identical albums

Spoon,

I have run into an issue with PerfectTUNES that I cannot understand.

My music library contains both standard cds and audiophile editions.
These have different artwork when I start PerfectTUNES, but they seem to get identical artwork if the are too low rez.
Please note that one folder contains only one version of one album.

Also, I would like to be able to embed the existing art (folder.jpg in same folder) without hunting for higher rez art.

Is there something that I have missed that would allow me to do these things?

Perfect tunes groups files by albums, if you have the same album replicated with high res art and low res the PT will show the first it reads.

A few more hours, and I'll have the art tags in a much better place.
