Different AccurateRip Results from PerfectTUNES and Batch Ripper

I ripped my CD collection to FLAC using Batch Ripper. I set aside discs that were not accurate (secure, insecure, or error). Just out of curiosity, I ran PerfectTUNES to check the files against Accurate Rip, and it found many fewer tracks than had been reported by Batch Ripper. Could it be that a file with too many corrected frames would not be accurate when ripped, but the corrected file would be? Is there another explanation?

Or AccurateRips database has taken on those missing discs since you ripped.
