Folder restructure and duplicate removal via PerfectTUNES

Hi, apologies for posting such a simple question here.

I'm bringing together lots of files from different locations. I ripped my CD collection at home and at work, plus had a different folder with files purchased etc. As a result in addition to deleting my duplicates I want to restructure my collection into a more unified folder structure. Classic structure such as Artist/Album would be fine. Will PerfectTUNES do this in addition to removing my duplicates?

No it cannot, dBpoweramp could do this with the [Arrange Audio] utility codec.
