I purchased the Reference R14.4 + PerfectTUNES R1 bundle both downlaod buttons download dMC-R14.4-Ref-Registered, which is not perfect tunes. WTF!? I am more than a little annoyed at this "customer service". I am seriously considering abandoning this purchase and contesting it with my CC company. Is there a reason why not?
