No cover art founc

Hi I just bought Perfect iTunes Album Art. When I run the program it will always display that no cover arts at all were found. I am downloading mp3 files from eagleMp3, Iomoio etc. so the file formats should be perfectly ok. So what is the problem that Perfect iTunes does not find any covers, nor will it display covers to chose from?

The files need ID Tags Artist and Album for Art to be found.
