How do I turn m4p into mp3 without a program

I have burnt the songs onto a disk, but how do I rip them off in a different format?

Did you burn a data CD or an audio CD? Also, are you referring to protected .m4p iTunes files, or just normal .mp4/m4a files?

If you burned it as an audio CD, you can use dMC Audio CD Input to rip the CD to mp3 as long as you have either an unexpired PowerPack trial or a registered PowerPack installed.
If you burned it as a data CD and the files are protected, you need to re-burn the CD as an audio CD, assuming you are licensed to play the files.
If you burned it as a data CD and the files are NOT protected, you can use dMC to convert to mp3 as long as you have either an unexpired PowerPack trial or a registered PowerPack installed.
