How long before I can unlock my Powerpack?
I paid (via PayPal) on 23rd of January (order #<removed>) but have still not received any details on how to unlock the application. I have emailed Spoon for an update but get an error message: "Sorry, I couldn't find any host named dbpoweramp.com" back. What's going on?!?! I've paid and all I want to do is now use the application. :vmad:

I removed the e-mail address as we don't want it to be assaulted by spam. I also removed your order number.
Anyway, it sounds like something is wrong with the mail server you were using. Mabye try sending an e-mail from a different e-mail account, like a hotmail account or the like.Lt. Data
