First of all you seriously need to chill out and put things in perspective...

Listen dude you are making yourself look silly. Spoon is a good guy and illustrate are an honest company. I paid a couple of pounds/dollars to him a few years ago and have had great support and products since. There has clearly been a mistake/accident/misunderstanding somewhere. Talk to him the way he said and it will all work out just fine.
