How do I convert an MP3 Lame file to WMA using dbpowerAM Music converter? Will this solve my problem of stuterring sound when MP3 is used as ringtone in my Pocket PC Phone. It's just a 21 second song and when compressed, the file was shrunk to 350Kb from 3Mb. Please help

    Re: MP3 to WMA

Get the codecs for wma from Codec Central and follow instructions properly.

Your phone needs to support wma.

Download the WMA codec from Codec Central above, then run dMC and tell it to to convert the file to WMA then pick your bitrate.

I'm not sure if it will fix your stuttering, or if there are phones that can play WMA files as ringtones.
