2 byte characters in file name not recognized

I tried the converter and it doesn't convert files in 2 byte characters (Chinese, Japanese & Korean). It does recognize some files in 2 byte characters and it really confuses me why. Any idea why it doesn't recognize most of the file names in 2 byte characters and how to fix it ?

I am running Windows 2000 Professional with the multi language pack and all these files are recognized by Windows fine.

    Thank you for any help.

It will need Release 12 before unicode filenames are supported, that is the next release.
