mp3pro, i don't understand how to install it

hi!! How are you? happy new year!!
    The title says all,
I don't understand what I have to do for installing mp3pro.
I install the two plug-ins but I can convert to mp3pro!
What do I need to be able to convert to mp3pro, then?

    thank you very much!!

Codec Central - mp3PRO CLI Encoder (Writes)
From the download page for mp3pro:
    Description Encodes mp3PRO Audio Files.

    Download mp3PRO Encoder (CLI) (312KB)
Decodes none Encodes .mp3 (to mp3pro standard)
Author Neil R. Turner Email neilturner@myrealbox.com
    Homepage www.dbpoweramp.com Version Release 2
    Notes
    Requires THOMSON mp3PRO Music Player - mp3PROAudioPlayer_v1_0_4.exe or http://www.mp3prozone.com/download.htm
If you don't have the THOMSON mp3PRO Music Player it's pointless.

Otherwise you download and install the encoding codec as instructed. Then, when you want to encode to mp3pro, you select that from the drop down lost in dMC and you instruct dMC where to find the Thomson program (it usually points to the proper place to start with, e.g. C:\Program Files\THOMSON mp3PRO Audio Player\mp3PROplayer.exe , but just verify that yours is indeed there, if not, navigate to the proper place). That's pretty much it.

Sorry, can't do that. I don't even have it myself now. Once upon a time I only had the trial version of Thomson's and no longer have it now. Don't need it.
