Downloading Registered Install

Hi, I'm Judy, and am having a problem with converting from free version, but not the same one, but this looked like the logical thread?

I received the email to DL the registered version, and DL kept stalling at 2.02 MB (I have DSL). So I'd cancel and try again later. Now it says I've tried too many times and to contact the vendor.....HELP! Thanks, Judy

Thank you! I used the second part as suggested and received the manual link yesterday from Mr. Spoon~~ worked like a charm! Whew! Thanks again.
