A "SMART" question

All my music is MP3, 192 kb, CD quality.
When creating a CD using Smart (for no conversion), should i go to a higher number or a
lower number or just set it to 192?

I ask because i see a window flash for nearly every song and i think its a conversion window.
I dont think its converting songs because its just a quick flash (maybe just checking). I have
only "Volume normalize" selected for DSPs.

Using DSP effects when making a cd means the converter is actually being used, regardless of SMART settings - to my way of thinking.
