    Hep with convertor

    Dear Support team,

I have the problem with the dBpowerAMP Music Converter - The latest version.

It cut off my some first seconds of the song when I convert from mp3 and wma to wav. You know that it's very serious because it's classical.

Can you help me to fix that?

First, are you running any DSP effects on these songs?
What are the specs on your source files? Mostly, I am looking for frequency and channels.

      Just as a side note:

If you're using Winamp to play your music, you'll have to disable "Cut off silence" under Preferences. I'm saying this because you mentioned "classical music", which usually starts each piece off with a few seconds of silence or so.
