First, can you play this file?
Second, what is the bits (16, 24, or 32-bit), channels (2, 6+), and frequency (44100Hz or 44.1KHz, 48KHz)? Right-click on the file, go to properties, click on Summary, click Advanced, then scroll to the bottom where it should give you these values for your file. -
