"convert to" problems

I dont know what s on. After the first install everything was ok.

but somewhat happened and my [COLOR=Red]"convert to" option in the context menu
doesnt work anymore[/COLOR]. I choose the file, click mouse-right. But nothing happens.

What could it be?
