2-Pass VBR Windows Media (WMA) -- ARGHHHHHHHH

I know I have done this before, and I cannot remember the settings and cannot figure it out. I am about to pull my hair out.

I want to convert a .wav file to a .wma. All the options seem to be there, including lossless, etc. But I want to do this as a 2-pass 64 bit VBR.

Top Box is Windows Media Audio 9.1
Box below CBR/VBR is Windows Media Audio 9.1
I can click CBR or VBR but cannot check 2-pass :-(

What am I doing wrong? What is the trick to this?

LOL! Play with it some more.

You select Windows Media 9.1 first from the codec drop down list.

Then from the second one select again WIndows Media 9.1.

At this point you will have all 3 radio buttons enabled: CBR, VBR, 2-pass.

Click VBR and 2-pass and you get the proper selections for that in the drop down box below it.

Also, note that 2-Pass VBR is a PowerPack-only option. You must have either a registered version of the PowerPack or an unregistered trial to use it.
