Download Link

I was sent a download link for the converter on November 12th. I am now on a new computer because my old one died, and I need to re-installed this. When I click on the download link in the e-mail I was sent, it says it has expired. How do I get a new download link? Please help. Thank you.

Well I do follow that, and when I click on:To begin: Initiate Registered Link Retrieval, it brings me to a blank page. What am I supposed to do? It says I need a new download link. My e-mail is <edited>, can someone in charge please e-mail me a new link or contact me about this issue. Thank you.
