dMC and dAP does not work in limited user a/c

I have a windows XP home edition installed. I installed the free audio player and the registered version of music converter as an administrator. Both htese programes does not work in limited user accounts of my computer

Set up the limited account to allow full reading and writing to \program files\illustrate\dbpower folder.
