    Problem with connection to AccurateRip

When I try to rip a CD to convert the music to mp3 files I receive "Error reading online file '/accuraterip/9/6/8/dBAR,-018-002b9869-02492126-200fed12.bin Unable to connect to AccurateRip:Check internet connection, enter any proxy settings as required.' Could someone please help me to solve the problem?

Re: Problem with connection to AccurateRip

Are you on the internet when you try to start your ripping?
Are you ripping straight from commercial CD or backing up a CD you had previously burned yourself?

If you are only getting this error message, I would try closing the message box and continuing with the conversion and see what results you get. If you are getting this message and the conversion crashes, please let us know. I am also unsure whether you are getting this message at the start of each rip or at the end, and whether you are getting this error with only a single CD, with several CDs, or with each CD you try. Should you need further help, this information would be helpful (although Spoon or someone wiser than me might be able to come up with a recommendation based on the information you have provided).

(Note: This thread should be in the dMC Support section of the forum).

    Best wishes,
    Bill

If you do not need accuraterip delete the file \Program Files\Illustrate\dbpoweramp\accuraterip.dll

(when cd input is not running).
