I registered for the dBpowerAMP Music converter, but I have changed my mind about wanting it. I read under the registration link that if you downloaded it, you cannot receive a refund. However, I have NOT downloadedit, just received the link to do so in an email. Can I receive a refund since I haven't downloaded it?
