converting purchased itunes (version 6.0) using hymn and dbpoweramp....everything seems to go fine...compressed M4a files from hymn look fine, but final Mp3 files from poweramp are 0 kb in size. no error messages encountered and i think i have the right codecs. any help/ideas/input appreciated. thanks!

The problem is, Hymn hasn't worked since like iTunes 4.7, the program people should use now is JHymn, which works for up to iTunes 5.0. Yes, up to iTunes 5.0. Using iTunes 6.0 not only gives you tunes JHymn can't decrypt, but it also locks your iTunes Music Store account to where only iTunes 6 will be able to purchase new songs. The only way you have to decrypt your songs is via Auxiliary Input, which has instructions linked to below. -

Right, it hasn't been updated since June. However, it hasn't needed an update since about a month ago, when iTunes 6 was released.
And yes, there are people working to reverse-engineer iTunes 6.Comment
