Yes you can as long as you install the appropriate codecs?

1. Download and install dMC r11.5 (this is the latest version).
2. Download and install flac codec from http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-flac.htm
3. Restart your PC (just in case)
4. Right click on one of your flac file(s) and select "Convert To" from the pop-up menu.
5. On the dMC conversion option window that is displayed select the format you want to convert the flac file to. Click the convert button to start the process.
