Help - DMC audio does not work after first conversion

Hi All

I have just downloaded the dbpower AMP music converter and when I use the Audio CD Input icon to get the files from my music cd in my cd rom drive and I am connected to the internet - the conversion works very well and lists all the songs and artists.
My problem starts that once I have done this and then go on to do a new cd - when i double click the icon - it comes up stating that it is communictaing with accuraterip - but simply hangs there an ddoes nothing. IEventually it stops and states taht it was unable to connect to freedb via the internet - it has disable the internet for some reason despite my internet was connected and still running. Once it does this if I close teh icon it wil lonly give me the music to get from the cd but without the artists names.
The only way around all this is to restart my PC again to get it running again or to reconnect to theinternet.

Any ideas please - i am lost now.

Furthermore, once it converts the music the firsttime round when it is successful -and although it has done this ok for me - by the time it has finished it comes up with a message stating "Error decoded data is not block aligned"

You should never get that message for audio cd ripping, it is probabbly best the accuraterip is disabled for you (look in program files\illustrate\dbpoweramp\ and delete accuraterip.dll when cd input is not running).

Soz mate - but I tried that and it still dis not work - it locked again just a s my initial post mentioned

You deleted the accuraterip.dll when you were NOT running Audio CD Input and you still get the freeze?

Ye sI have deleted teh accuraterip when not running the audio program. I have even tried changing the freedb wemserver to uk etc ect but still to no avail

The only way I can seem to get thi sto work for me to list the track artists and songs is to do it the once just before I am coming off teh PC and internet and do another cd the next time I have powered the PC up and connected to the net - its a bind doing this and annoying have bought the product!

Make sure the option 'auto dial internet connect' and 'delayed freedb operation' are NOT checked (on freedb options page).
