power pack & mp3 encoder license

Back in June 13 using order no u........ i paid and i still cannot get a link to download the licensed version. The copy i have on my harddrive says i have an unregistered copy. I have tried almost everything. i have click on links and so on and still cannot get what i paid for my only hope seems like asking for a copy to be downloaded to my email address or contacting SWreg inc in USA.

Can any one help me solve this mystery which as been going on for too long now.. All i want is a registered copy of what I paid for .
