enhanced cd audio

Sorry if this is addressed somewhere else...I looked all over and couldn't find anything.

How can I rip the audio tracks from an Enhanced CD?

When I load it on one of my system's cd drives, all I see are the enhanced sections. Can't get to the audio at all.

Do ordinary hifis play it?

Yes, I can play it in a standard audio cd player i.e. in the car.

Try sticking the disc into 'Audio CD Input', does it show the audio tracks?

Worked Beautifully! Tried it with a couple of enhanced CD's and it's perfect.
