    Convert

Hello there. I tried to convert my MP3 files into wave just to make my music usable in my car, but my car's CD unit didn't want to play it.

Can you explain how to convert and burn MP3 to wave so I can listen my music in my car without the need to buy an MP3 unit? Can I use CD-RW's?

    Regards,

If you recorded your converted wave files to a cd-rw disc, it is most likely that the car's cd player can't read the cd-rw disc itself. Try playing the converted wave files from the cd-rw disc through your computer (just to make sure they converted). Assuming that the files are converted properly, burn your converted wave files to a regular cd-r, or (preferably) a music cd-r disc.
Many cd players cannot read cds recorded on cd-rw discs. Music cd-r discs are the most reliable although regular cd-r discs are often reliable as well (depends on your cd player).

Did you burn them as an Audio CD through the burning software you used? If you put a whole pile of waves on an ISO CD, no standard CD audio player will play them!
