Did you install the Registered install? It should have been in an e-mail sent to you. Note that when you update versions, do NOT uninstal your registered install, lest you lose your registered status.
Did you do a reinstall of dMC about a month ago or less? Have you had to do a system restore?
If you save your download .exe files could you have re-installed your trial version of dMC rather than your registered version of dMC? In that event, re-installing your registered version of dMC should work.
