Left/Right get switched

I am converting some mp3s to wma and there is one test file that says left channel, right channel and after converting, the channels are reversed... i see the powerpack can switch left/right so i can just switch them back, but has anyone seen this before?

Not before, try converting the mp3 to Wave, play that are the channels ok? then convert to Wma from wave.
