    Check with instructions for your specific model of phone. How you put a file on a phone to play varies from phone to phone.

          it's not a standard for Nec Mobile
          For exemple, Quick Time Pro can encode mp3 file in 3gp files but it dosen't support AAC+ V2 , it's a good quality for ringtones but not for fulltracks musics you know ?
          I know that opticodec PC File Encoder by Orban can convert this but i search a freeware or shareware that can encode in 3gp AAC+V2 :rolleyes:

          I hope that you can understand me because i don't speack english very vell :(

            Re: Mp4 => 3gp

            See:

            Well, I've developed a CLI codec for Enhanced AACPlus, aka AACPlus v2, aka AAC+SBR+PS using the reference encoder sourcecode provided by Coding Technologies. I had to modify the source a little bit because the encoder wants only 48kHz or 32kHz audio, but the only forceable sample rate dbPowerAmp provides is 44.1kHz. Audio

                Re: Mp4 => 3gp

                3gp is almost the same as mp4, it just has some of the systems info missing i think

                at the very least 3gp is based on mp4

                first thing i would try is to rename an mp4/m4a to 3gp and see if that works

                <edit>
                i dont remember.. but mp4box might be able to export to 3gp

                  3gp is just an encapsulation of mpeg files
