    wav > wma??

    One more question,

Getting message about couldnt open codec when converting a wav file to
    wma.

    Version Information
    dBpowerAMP Music Converter: Release 11.5
    Power Pack & Mp3 License: [ Registered: Yes ]
dBpowerAMP Audio Player: Release 3 Beta 6
dBpowerAMP CD Writer: Release 1.1 [ Unregistered Trial ]

    Write codec:
    Wave: [ .wav ]
    Windows Media Audio V9: Release 2 [ .wma ]

    Read codec:
    Wave Input Decoder: .wav
Windows Media Audio Input Decoder: .wma; .asf; .wmv

    Make that 2 questions.....
I just noticed that my dBpowerAMP CD Writer (Rel 1.1) is unregistered.
Could this have to do with me installing the dBpowerAMP Music Converter:
    Release 11.5????

    thanks,

    Re: wav > wma??

    Skip question #2.
I found the cd writer rel 2 (registered) and re-installed it.
    Problem gone.

      Re: wav > wma??

What version of WMP do you have on your machine? If WMP 10 you may have to use the v9.1 WMA codec.
