Multiple Instances of dbpoweramp problem

I am running two instances of dbpoweramp to convert flac files to mp3 files. I am using the lame.exe codec so I can use version 3.97b1 of lame. Whenever I have more than one instance of dbpoweramp running I get corruption of the mp3s and end up with just tag info. If I run only one instance of dbpoweramp I have no problems.

When I used the mp3 dll codec and lame 3.96.1, I could run 8 or more instances of dbpoweramp and have no problems. It seems like the lame.exe codec is having problems with multiple instances.

Has anyone else seen this?

It does seem like dMC cannot spawn multiple instances of the LAME .exe for some reason. Can anyone else verify this?
