Do you have a registered version or an unexpired 30-day trial version of dMC (which has a license for the mp3 encoder)? Otherwise you cannot convert anything to mp3.

And what are you using to convert cda? dMC Audio CD Input tryign to rip an audio cd? Or is it dBpowerAMP Music Converter directly from Windows Explorer pointing to tracks on an audio cd?

I paid, got confirmation but I have doubts (see post) about registration.

I am still having problems with cda to mp3. I had a disk with 11 tracks of cda which are each about 7min long. Aft a group conversion to mp3 I got 11 tracks but there is only 10seconds of the original recording copied?

        Could my settings be off?

Does this happen with only one cd or with a lot? With several or with about every one you try?

One possibility is that your cd is copy protected.
If you open Audio CD Input, can you preview-listen to these these tracks prior to converting OK?
What mp3 settings are you using (bitrate, bits, channels, frequency)?
Are you applying any DSP effects (such as volume normalization) to your rips?
What version of Windows are you using?

This information should help pinpoint the nature of your problem.

          Best wishes,
          Bill
