I paid to register program with powerpack. Got confirmation. Got my SWreg#. Installed over an earlier version. When I go into DMC configuration the program is not registered and the trial period has expired. What to do?

Are you logged is as adminsitrator on your pc?
Did you manage to download the registered version of dMC? to install?
Did you install to the same folder where you had the original? i.e. c:\Program files>Illustrator > dBpowerAMP ?

Yes to all questions. Just to make certain I just rebooted and there was no change to the configuration entry. I still have an expired trial period.
I went into the directory for Damp. All files are todays date..except for a compression file that has MP3 lame version 3.96.1 in it which has a June 2004 date.Last edited by geofred; October 23, 2005, 08:05 PM.Comment
