How to use dBpowerAMP

So I downloaded this program, thinking it can help me get my m4a files converted to mp3 files. It says it can, but when I double-click on the icon on my desk top, the window that it gives me HAS NO M4A CONVERT OPTION. Could someone please help me with this? Thank you.
