dmc Auxiliary Imput Volume

Hello,

I tried to record music from Internet radio but the level of volume of the result file is too low to hear it. Please advice how to rise the record level using dmc Auxiliary Imput. When I use: test volume I cant click on red like help says, so I could not rise the record volume.

You will need to adjust the volume level either for your sound card's master volume or the volume level for the sound source you are recording from (which may be labelled "wave out", "What U Hear", "Stereo Mix" or some such). Adjust the volume for the source output to about 3/4 of maximum. Then try testing the recording level again. Christina has detailed instructions in her FAQ item (in the FAQ section for dMC) on using Auxilary Input.

Curiosity: What kind of sound card? I remember a really old PCI sound card that could barely record out of dMC Auxiliary Input, and the result files were always too quiet, even when I cranked Stereo Mix to max volume....

Thanks a lot, the info u gave me helped a lot!!! Is working now !! Also ive set the windows media player equalizer to techno and now is cristal clear!.

I also whant to thank dbpower creators for this great aplication.
Is cool to record the internet radios and hear the music in my car and in my Mp3 player, it rocks!!
