Registration keeps failing!

I'm trying to get the power to convert to .mp3 again. I payed for it, got my #, and tried registering.
But it keeps on with the;
"Sorry! The entered information is wrong! Feel free to try again" everytime I pass this "security code" thing.

Please help. :(

When did you purchase the program? If it was within the past week, you need to use the link given to you in the e-mail. If it has been more than a week or two, you can then use the "Registered download retrieval" on this site.
Otherwise, follow the instructions in the bottom of the above-linked announcement.

You may be using an overly aggressive firewall. Try to turn it off and try again.
