Hallo,
when i convert a 48khz wav file into 24khz (or lower hz) with lame mp3 (bitrate not constant) , his lenght in the id tags doubles and the bitrate halves! Winamp plays this file well and recognize the original bitrate and lenght, but other application have some problem to recognize the original lenght of the file.
What should i do?
PS: i have dbpoweramp9, pentium4mobile and winxp home edition.
