Does dbpoweramp have movie converter software?

Ok I'm a newbie so please be gentle, I've checked out the various forums/threads but I can't find anything that mentions video software, only audio. I am looking for the best possible program to convert avi's and movies into mpeg format. I am talking about video with audio as opposed to just audio.

I appreciate any assistance anyone might be able to provide.
