I doubt it. It's similar to midi.

If it's for a phone check with the manufacturer on what audio formats it can take.

dAP does not have a codec for this.
I did run across this program which claims to be able to convert to mmf format. I have not tried it and I cannot vouch for the quality. The program is Mobil Ringtone Converter. For more information see:
