initiate registered link retrieval does not work

I paid for the converter License and I have my dbpower AMP music converter already but when I try to click on the registration link it says theres an error. Now Im trying to initiate registered link retrieval, then I enter my order/reciept number so I can download my registered download link, then I need to confirm the string on the picture....this is the problem...it always says information is wrong, please try again....but I am entering my order number right and also the string picture..pls help...I need to know what is going on

Also, if you bought the PowerPack within the past week, you are supposed to use the link that came in the e-mail you received. If that doesn't work, follow the bottom set of instructions in the link above.
