I was wondering if someone from dbPower can tell me if my Pay Pal payment has arrived to them. I have sent you in credit card info and received nothing from you yet.

You have to type the email into your own email program, you cannot copy or click a link. It's an anti-spam measure. -

All purchases are handled by a third-party. They are the ones that send you an e-mail with your order number and a download link. Check your junk mail folders for an e-mail. If you do not find anything, go ahead and send an e-mail to the e-mail on the page that Christina mentions.Comment
