Runtime Error!

Almost every time I select a number of files and run the converter, the dbPowerAmp File Selector Application terminates before it can finish converting all of the files and gives me the following error message from the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library:

Runtime Error!

Program: C;|PROGRAMFILES\ILLUSTRATE\DBPOWER\MusicConverter. exe

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

Contact the application's support team for more information.

How can I fix this???

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and that does not seem to fix it. I have also cleared the Java cache of temporary files.

I am running Windows Professional XP Version 2002 Service Pack 2.

What are you doing when it crashes? What file types is it and what are you trying to convert it to? Try converting your set of files and picking "Test Conversion (no write)" as you codec. This will check to make sure that dMC can read your files.
