dbPoweramp crashes on start-winxp-help!

I installed the latest version of dbpoweramp, but it crashes every time I try to run it. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling twice, but it still crashes.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Crashes when you do what? Try to convert a file? A CD?
